Amusing article.  As usual on cnn, there are some downright scary things to read in the comment section.

That's good advise Penn. Now let's consider putting the man we all agree was our greatest President (George Washington) in the White House today. How would he decide on the issue of equal opportunity for all, regardless of race, creed or national origin. Let's see, he owned slaves so I guess the Democrat's current nominee would have to go back to pickin cotton. He doesn't know that women can leave the kitchen and work so I guess the Republican's nominee for VP has to go back to guttin fish for her husband. If there is a nuclear attack by some third world country we'll have to pull him away from his corncob pipe filled with hemp to make a decision on whether or not to retaliate. The decision to continue using oil as our primary source of lighting has yet to be decided, whale oil that is. Disasters such as hurricane Katrina and the ever present earthquakes in California wouldn't be an issue though because that part of the country hasen'tbeen discovered.
Snap out of it Penn. This IS the twenty first century. While we all dream at night of living "off the grid" and being self sufficient and hunting big game to provide for our families, it's not reality. We live in an age where steak and cheese come from the super market, life as we know it could vanish in the time it takes opposing ICBMs to cross the North Pole (60 minutes or so), man has walked on the moon and the American public twice allowed the worst President in history to assume the Presidency. Why don't you take a cue from your partner Tiller and just "SHUT UP". less

When did we 'all' agree Washington was the greatest President?

I love Penn! Thanks for this article.

Sometimes I feel as if I've got a secret decoder ring. I mean, it looks plain and clear to me what he's saying "I want freedom, not smart overlords" yet somehow this becomes an issue of "big game hunting"? Someone forgot to dig to the bottom of their cereal box or something...

Dugg, and sent to Digg-happy liberty-minded folks. Thanks for this write-up!

I think that's pretty much considered an axiom in the U.S.
