Open carry makes you likely to act dangerously

Basic summary - soccer mom open carries at her daughter's soccer game. After some other parents freak out, the coach (who also is the county public defender, and also makes it terribly obvious that he knows nothing about gun laws) asks her to either remove it or watch the game from the other side of the field. She moves to the other side of the field, but doesn't remove it. Her attorney educates the public defender through the paper by telling the reporter "the state has a law requiring a license to carry a concealed firearm, but it does not require a license to openly carry one. ... Carrying a firearm openly is legal everywhere but in Philadelphia."

The soccer program director then emails her saying if she does it again, she'll be banned from the games - but they're conducted on public property, so he can't do that.

But here's the kicker: Apparently perfectly legal open carrying makes you likely to act in a dangerous manner to public safety - or so says the sheriff, who revoked her concealed weapons permit, which now - you guessed it - forces her to carry openly.

So... DeLeo will give me my concealed carry license even though I'm a terrible library patron (that retention of library property conviction is a bitch), but will take hers away, for... nothing.
