What in the world do you make of this sign?

My daughter and I were driving to Dartmouth a couple of weeks ago and saw this sign in someone's yard.   Do they mean a gardening tool? 

I erased the phone # out of respect for their privacy.   I know they have it on a sign in their yard but maybe they didn't want it on the internet. 


P.S. Should I call?

I sent Rainey a private message about that, with a tip on how to destroy the data rather than alter it. It may not have occured to her, but now she knows, and I know she's going to try to correct it.

Thanks and I tried and tried to get rid of the image, (#), but I couldn't so I just got rid of the picture from my post.      Sometimes I wonder what I can do right.
