Will Buchanan, walking now through Indiana, was forced to erase some video by police.
Is it a police state?

I remember a big BP refinery I believe was in or near Hammond, and was working there with out of state plates and got the
attention of the police state welcoming committee while surveying the area from a vehicle.   Luckily I was making an estimate for a potential contract, but after working there two days I decided against bidding for a contract on a small project.  Usually when
the police are overbearing, the local permit process follows in a likewise fashion so its something to always consider carefully.

Chicago is so overbearing it drives people to insanity:

I've noticed those "freeway" and "controlled access" signs before while riding as a passenger.  I notice most of them
out in the middle of nowhere.
