The rock band Fall Out Boy had promised a special acoustic performance in Washington Square Park on Monday afternoon to promote its new album, "Folie à Deux." The show did turn out to be special, in a way, and did not involve electricity, but it was quashed by the police because the band had not received the proper permits for a public performance. Pete Wentz, the bassist, above, apologized to the crowd: "We're not allowed to play right now," he said, before the group performed a quick a cappella version of its song "Grand Theft Autumn/Where Is Your Boy."

The police said the same thing to RATM on the MN state capital lawn during the GOP Convention.  RATM had a permit but backed down also and just sang 1 song without instruments.

Anyway, FOB is good stuff.

in fact, I bet those heavy duty metal window and door shutters are not up to code.  Where's Carl?

I hope he knows that gun isn't legal in NYC, you know, the one he goes to sleep with in the bathtub. . . hope he has trigger locks on it so kids or zombies can't hurt someone with it.

In fact, I remember him broadcasting on the radio, does the FCC know about this shit?

Let's not forget letting his dog run through the city off-leash...
practicing medicine in an unlicensed facility...
and that trap he hung up for the zombies? man, that is a lawsuit waiting to happen
