Is Mike Barskey the most wanted man in NH right now?

hehe. I'm certainly not, but the cops do have 2 things going on with me right now: the Keene thing and a bench warrant for my arrest that has not yet been entered into the system (and I'm told it may take weeks or months to be entered).

Moving at the speed of ...........(insert ineffecient slow moving turtle here) government.  Too bad it's not a Chase Lounge Warrant (it would be more comfortable).

I haven't looked at it yet - not sure if I'm gonna - but that could only be for the Keene Freedom Fest. I agree with David and Dale: the govt is targeting the people who are speaking up about the victimless "crimes" that the govt uses for revenue, and every govt will target those it perceives as a danger to its existence.

Look at the fricken paper. Get it scanned in. And get it posted to freekeene.com.

They don't have a case against you if it's about Freedom Fest.

Is a bench warrant where they scream, "Have a seat!"?

neggy

make sure you have your bail money lined up for when that bench warrant hits the system.

When it hits the system they will come find you, and if they can't they will arrest you the next time you cross their path on another matter.

I don't know how it works in NH, but in MA the cops love serving these things late on friday afternoons, because most of the time you are not bailable until you appear in front of the judge. You get to rot in a cell all weekend. If it is a long weekend thats even better in their book.

As for the lack of permit thing they are effn kidding right? Freedom of association, right of peaceable assembly, freedom of speech... I didn't think Bush got rid of those things with executive orders before he left.

Remember the only way to get motion out of a dead fish is to make waves!

Good luck

Thanks for the advice, but I won't be paying the government any money.

You know, now that I think about it, that's the point when Ian should have grabbed a chair and walked out with it.

I looked up 46-642 as well. All it says on the complaint is KCO 46-642. Does that mean the only complaint from the Keene PD is that I didn't pay a fee? In other word, they're not "complaining" that I assembled without a permit, just that i didn't pay?

Also, I wonder what their definition of "neighborhood groups" is.

I'm sure we'll hear from Curt about this. It's been posted on FreeKeene.

Are you planning to attend the appointment they've scheduled for you?
