This is really short notice, but how about this Wednesday, March 4, after the rally? We have fresh snow right now, and we'll all be gathering in the middle of the state anyway.

I know of a popular sledding place in Amherst (yuck!), which is about 30 minutes south of Concord. Anyone know of any other good sledding areas?

Excellent idea - the place we went to is Alexander-Carr Park in Derry. The snack bar is open Thu-Fri 10-6 and Sat-Sun 10-6.
