why keep repeating the government's point of view ... you are reinforcing the thugs position
why not focus on the reality you want to live in?

I do see where you are coming from here, and I've thought about it. I would never say even though these violent gang members called the government own the roads that they own it rightfully, nor for anyone to feel the need to do what they are told by the government's thugs in blue.
Example: If a bunch of Mafiosi take over some area of some city and to do business there you have to pay them for the privilege or they will first beat you up and then if you continue to not pay them they will kill you. Who realistically owns that part of the city? The Mafia. Whether it's right or not. Tell the thugs they don't have a right to try and strong-arm you and that you have a right to do business in the city without their leave.
I encourage everyone who wants to drive without the government's permission to do so. As much disobedience as possible in every way as far as I'm concerned.

These days, we have No Rights. 

Everyone knows "we" the people paid for the roads so we must "own" them, but in reality, you'd never know it as it's the Government who Rules the Roads (Patrols, fixes, repairs, derives Income from those who use them). 

Free Talk Live had a caller from Hawaii who said they had a road washed out and it would cost 4 million dollars and 2 years to fix and they didn't have the money.  8 Days later, the road was fixed by the businesses who needed the road to be open for business with No Tax money (everything donated). 

If we counted the gasoline sales tax, plus tag registration ++, tickets, parking meters, etc., I think the people would be Shocked at how much they are paying for the roads(!).

Dave's Live Broadcast Arrest makes me think All Vehicles should have a 360 Camera (in a protective shell) on the top of their car with the words, "I'm audio and video recording Officer" as a way to protect themselves from these Thugs.
