I'm not sure who was more entertained by that, me or the dolphins...

When I lived in Sarasota, out on my boat I had the pleasure of sharing lunch with a dolphin named "Mooch". There was a law against it. Does that qualify as dolphin feeding disobedience?

Does any former Floridian know of this particular friendly/peculiar dolphin that would hang out in the southern Sarasota/Venice area?
