Just went for a Walk down N Elm St. in Manchester.  There was 3 police officers (1 on the right side and 2 on the left side) dressed in their construction zone vests, standing outside practically doing nothing.  There is a funeral home right there, but I'm curious as to why they needed 3 officers let alone 1? I grew up near a funeral home I never remember there being police standing outside.
