I can only imagine what in the world is going on here, only assume we have been told the truth, and only hope the right things happen. But what I do know is posting someones IP address is a security risk.

Reason being :

Lets say 111.111.111.111 is an IP address
111.222.333.444 is now your temporary IP address
444 tells where in your city you live
333 tells your country and region
222 tells your state
111 country

Well.. I suppose thats why one should always research their sources, had the cable guy on tech support about a router related issue last thursday and I asked him to "explain it" and thats what he had me jott out on a piece of paper.. not like it takes much to be a cable guy, but I guess im not much better for believing what he said. I can't believe I didnt notice the falsehoods in the statement before... like how EVERYONE in the same city would have the same IP address lol... sweet jesus.

Either way this "concerned in mass" should have been shot by the troll laser long ago... but I found it quite interesting that this IP address is coming from NH..

It appears that the story by Mr Mattos is somehow validated based on my anonymity and the fact that some of you know him. It is true, that for the most part (you do have my IP & email addresses), I am anonymous. Let me say what is known to those on this site: his name, a P.O.Box address, 2 email addresses, 2 cell phone #'s and a docket #. But please tell me, who truly knows Mr Mattos? How many of us have met face to face with him, had a conversation on the phone with him or share some acquaintances with him? I believe that answer is, only one of us, and that person is me. This does give me some incite into offering "The Other Side Of The Story". Additionally, I was patient enough for the case to go to trial and for the court to render its decision, before offering this viewpoint.

It has been asked, what proof do I have? The answer is simple, most of what I have written is contained within the different motions, testimony and transcripts of the court proceedings under Docket No. 03D0279-DV1 at the Fall River Mass Probate Court, the same proof as Mr Mattos.

It is not always what is stated but rather what is not stated. Mr Mattos first posting was an attempt to evoke pity in his situation. Further, he would lead you to believe none of this was of his own doing. Massachusetts General Laws requires the custodial parent to seek the permission of the court to remove minor children from the state. Mr Mattos was in fact saved from his own negligence, by his former wife, of not filing for "permission to remove minor children". If she had not had the court intervene, while he still remained in the state of Massachusetts, he could have been charged with kidnapping. Mr Mattos refuses to acknowledge this fact, let alone thank anyone, as it is not in his character to recognize his mistakes.

Again, what is not stated is that Mr Mattos received $5800.00 in April 2009 from the lender of his forclosed house located at 35 McCormick Street North Dartmouth Mass, to vacate said property. Also, at the time of his first posting, he was an employee of Walmart in North Conway NH. This was necessary in order to prove to the court that he had employment if he were permitted to relocate to NH. These facts can be verified with the docket#. Additionally, his girlfriend was still an employee of Home Depot, North Dartmouth Mass. And he was also receiving benefits from the state of Mass in the form of "MassHealth" which is free health insurance.

If you do a search on one of the phone #'s(508-446-1800), provided by Mr Mattos, you will see that it links to a computer business (New Wave Production Company) and to a home inspection business (New Wave Home Inspections). I would guess that an email he provided nwpc@juno.com is that of New Wave Production Company. The phone # also links to rental ads for his two family located at 700 Lancaster Street Berlin NH. In the court documents he explains how the rent from the second unit covers the expenses and that the property is "free & clear" from any mortgages.

It is my opinion that Mr Mattos first posting was a thinly veiled attempt at soliciting your money. Many among us could use some money, but, it appears Mr Mattos has adequate resources.


What was the reason for Mr Mattos posting his story so close to the trial? Or posting it at all?

Was it for your sympathy?
Was it for the money?
Was it for the purported injustice he was suffering (seemed awful close to the court date to evoke institutional change)?

Or, was it out of spite and to try to embarrass those who chose to challenge his disregard for the wishes of his daughters?

My guess, knowing this man, is all of the above.

He took free health insurance so Mass would not throw him in jail for not paying fines for not having health insurance. If I was forced to live in MA, I would take free healthcare to avoid prison myself.

It seems very strange that he believes to be in NH, when his IP address indicates otherwise. The second clue would be the Chevy Cobalt that remains in Massachusetts. Apparently, all the sirens from the police station a few blocks away, have fallen silent.
