I'm not sure how to. I looked over the site and couldn't find a way to submit it. I did use the lolcat builder on that site

Most certainly has NOT been deleted by the creator. I'm gonna send them a polite e-mail. I can't, for the life of me, understand why they would find a picture of a cat inappropriate!
