Has someone who knows Sam D filed a missing persons report with the police or sheriff? I think he has been kidnapped.

Can the police protect Sam D from Judge Burke? Do they protect and serve the people or just corrupt judges?

Knowingly filing a false police report will help you find Sam real fast.  They'll escort you to the jail.

Maybe a missing persons report is not the right form.

What form would someone have to fill out to have the police protect Sam D and force his captors to release him?

Has anyone contacted the Keene police to see if they will protect Sam from a judge? Are there no laws they can uphold or enforce to get him out of jail, or are they powerless?

Can the police only put people in jail and not get anyone out?

Police don't let people out of jail, they put people in it.  It is up to the jailer (sheriff or Dept. of Corrections) to let them out.  And they can only let people out for certain reasons (judge's order, parole, time expired, compassionate release).  Also the governor can grant a pardon, but only after a conviction.

The only person who could let Sam out right now is a judge.
