Synopsis. Basically, the main speaker at the "health care freedom rally" blocked a bill to decriminalize midwifery during the legislative session. So a bunch of us "Ron Paulians" and midwife advocates got mad about the hypocrisy.

I submitted this to my local paper around 6/30th or earlier, and it finally got printed now.
