I'm not sure what these will work in, but they are at least several years old.  All 3 have 10 contacts, a gap, 30 contacts, a gap, then 44 contacts.

The 1st one has a label that says "SAMSUNG", "KOREA  H  0018", "PC100-322-620", "M366S0823DTS-C1L" and another label with a bar code, below which is "333-0316".  It has 8 chips mounted on the PCB which have "SAMSUNG 016", "K4S640832D-TC1L", "ZJB160CB KOREA" laser engraved on each of them.

The 2nd one has a label that says "USA DEM DP100-064082AU2", "8X64 100-222", "0034-12374-1428", "VOID IF REMOVED", a bar code & "*64MB*" and another label that says "APL168X64", "64MB", "G3/4".  It has 8 "chips mounted on it which have "Infineon", "HYB39S64800CT-8", "USA C" & "0016" laser engraved on them, as well as either "V30836" or "V30847".

The 3rd one has a label on the back that has a bar code, "512M BGA PC133 05763"   & "AE39S3208 0329" printed on it.  It has 16 chips mounted on it, which have what looks like a script logo that appears to say "RAMI", "32MX8T4" & "0323" laser engraved on them, as well as a 4 digit text string which is not the same on all the chips, and includes "2D9J", "29K9", "1KCF", "2KBB", etc.

I'll take $5 each or $10 for all 3, but would gladly trade any or all of them for some "DDR266, 266MHz, PC2100, 200p SODIMM", "DDR333, 333MHz, PC2700, 200p SODIMM, 2.5v, Sync" or "PC3200 (DDR400)" laptop memory.
