Massachusetts buying welfare bums cars

Massachusetts is buying welfare recipients and paying for cars and assorted costs up to $6,000 for the first year.  Included in this is insurance, triple A service, repair costs, and inspection costs.  For that they can get a pretty sweat ride at the taxpayers expense.  I wonder if they will pay to outfit the cars with all of the ghetto cruiser accessories if they haven't maxed out the $6,000.
