I personally have a family member who is currently being slapped with the same felony Criminal Threatening charge as Ward Bird. The "victim", as in this case, is a sketchy character with his own criminal background who was trespassing on private property. Regardless, the State will use whatever means possible to remove guns from the hands of otherwise peaceful citizens. Many of our local police officers are corrupt liars and the prosecutors encourage this. WE MUST PASS A LAW IN THE LEGISLATURE CLARIFYING THE RIGHTS OF GUN-OWNERS TO PROTECT THEIR PROPERTY....

You need to be what, now?  NH doesn't have one of those laws (except one that applies to public-school students)...
