They were good to work with.
They fixed my water pump for me at a reasonable price.
But it fell apart on the road.

I am going to contact them to see if they want to reimburse me a bit for the trouble..

'07 porcfest, before the 400 mile drive had my Subaru serviced, really nice guy good work reasonable, sometimes lacked focus in a busy shop. In Lancaster noticed just a little wisp of smoke from under the hood hardly noticeable, ignored it a bit then went looking. The oil plug was backed out to the last few threads! They clearly forgot to tighten it. Nice guys; never went back.

We had that trouble with Grappone Toyota in Concord. They did the scheduled maintenance before our trip down south and we only got as far as Manchester before we needed $100 worth of tightening. We did throw a fit and got reimbursed for it.

our repair bill in ny was reasonable and it cost us some time and money, but it wasn't insane
