Okay, please explain to this snow newbie how you can just stand in it without getting frostbite?  Doesn't the stuff get your pant legs all wet, or do they have waterproof material up there?

It's a secret. You have to move to NH before we can tell you.

He's actually standing in a hole he stamped down.  Actually as long as you brush the snow off before you go inside, you don't even get wet from walking in it like that.
