I would embed the video, but I think the Wired article sets it up nicely, and gives the background you need to appreciate the video.

Summary: 19 year old kid whose father died when he was 2, then his mother died one month after being diagnosed with breast cancer, sells everything and walks up the west coast, then cuts across to Maine, all to raise money and awareness for breast cancer research.
