I think he was worried he'd be blocking your whole building, so he was wondering what other options there might be.  We'll likely do that   Re: parking at hoyt, maybe he was worried about mud?  I;m not sure.

I'm sure there's room to park, but I expect that it would do some damage to the ground, as soft as the ground currently is...

Also, I'm not sure if it would get down the driveway without scraping and being scraped by tree branches.

Might want to check with the Alexanders, first, to see about the current conditions.
