Police stop 328 vehicles in Chichester to make 5 arrests

CHICHESTER - Police stopped 328 vehicles during a sobriety checkpoint on Route 4 late Saturday, making five arrests, including three for driving under the influence, authorities said.

Facing charges were Jane M. Dale, 47, of Northwood, DUI-subsequent offense; Seth J. McNamara, 26, of Sanford, Maine, DUI; Jane E. Debo, 57, of Canton, Mass., DUI; Christopher Ketcham, 20, of Bow, minor in possession of alcohol; and Sam Long, 20, of Manchester, for minor in possession of alcohol, reckless operation and open container, state police said.

In addition to the five arrested, two others were charged: Kristina McCullough, 22, of Chichester, open container; and Zachary Therrien, 16, of Laconia, operating after suspension...
