Russo's a demagogue, no question about that.  I saw him speak at the Libertarian Party of California convention in 2004 and, frankly, he disturbed me.  But it looks like an interesting movie, featuring Ron Paul, Catherine Albrecht, and several disgruntled former IRS agents!  :D

Russo's film, in my opinion, is something that will shake the political and informational landscape in all fifty states. One would be a fool to not support this effort wholeheartedly.

I'm going to see if I can get a friend to go down and see it with me too  8)

We intend to be there.

But then we wanted to be in Keene today and Don had to work. My intentions have been disrupted alot lately.

I am much better. Loads of tender new skin on my legs. That will teach me to be a good neighbor. No more, at least in the winter without  industrial protection. Maybe by the next Peterborough outing, I won't be so gunshy.

Please post comments in regards to the Londonberry showing on March 26th. For instance, how many people attended, the overall audience approval, any new activists joining, etc. I'll let yall know how the showing goes in AA, Mi this weekend. Considering it's home to UM, I think the turnout will be good, but I don't think the AA socialists will like the parts about the income tax or Federal Reserve. Who knows, maybe this film will clear their minds.

Scott says he's going to buy a copy there and show it in our area, also.

Great film!  Russo was supposed to be there, but he ended up meeting some hotshot in the movie industry on his flight from Chicago to Detroit. Or maybe he wanted to play a round of golf?  Anyway, there was about 200-250 in the audience and very well received w/ the typical standing ovation.  The usual speals at the end. For instance, Bob Schultz is trying to build buildings across from each state capitol with Greco-architecture and these will serve to remind politicians that the people are watching them. I can't imagine how much it will cost to build these so-called peoples' buildings in all fifty states. Maybe yall can fill me in after you view the flick in Londonberry? Maybe I was day-dreaming, but it seems like a waste of money to build people's buildings.  Anyways, 150+ people stayed afterwards to here what they can do to help. The Alex Jones people were there plus a Liberty Dollar spokesman.

My buddy and I were on FreeTalkLive tonight and we promoted the Russo film to the extent that we could from Mich.  I talked about a friend that accuses me of supporting terrorists because I am against the NSA spying on Amerikans as well as the unlimited access to B.S. warrants that the FBI/ATF has to promote the police state.  While he's my friend, I told him that he is treading on thin ice. Anyone accusing me of supporting terrorism is living a short life(allegations that may lead to a death penalty to myself). I'm your typical Patriot that shuns any sort of recognition of statism.  Anyway, he(my friend) talked about the Russo film and the turnout. Great film! It must be great when a Neo like my friend actually realizes the B.S. in the Bush Admin argument.  He's coming along gradually. Don't hold your breath. He's actually a freestater. NH get ready.

1600 See Russo Movie In Chicago

Next Screenings in NY and NH

This past weekend, Aaron Russo?s movie received enthusiastic ovations from combined crowds numbering more than 1600.

Last Thursday evening, ?America? From Freedom to Fascism" played at downtown Chicago?s upscale independent bookstore, Transitions Bookplace.  On Friday night, writer and director Russo personally presented the 4-minute movie trailer to a packed and energized crowd of 500 at the ?Kinetic Playground?, a nightclub that Russo owned and operated years ago when he was involved with the music production side of the entertainment industry. It was during this period that Russo brought the famous rock group Led Zeppelin to America and managed the career of actress/performer Bette Midler.

On Saturday, Russo?s film played to about 700 people who gathered at the historic ARCADA Theatre in Chicago?s western suburb of St. Charles.  Following the showing, Russo was greeted by throngs of well-wishers thanking him for having the courage to make the movie and seeking his autograph on the WTP brochures that had been distributed at the event.

On Sunday, the movie screened to a full theater in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where 300 people again expressed their strong appreciation for the movie.  Below are some pictures from the Chicago event.

I'm thinking that late June in Lancaster would be a great time to show it.
