free towns on the Seacoast

I'm sure that this topic came up before, but I am looking at buying a home near the ocean later this year, and I would like to know if there is a city or town out there that already has quite a few freestaters out there.  It would be nice to find an area with a concentration of activists already there.

Is there such a town?  I am thinking of moving out there in September.  A nearby college would be nice, but is not vital.

Dover is probably your best bet. Portsmouth has some Freestaters, but it is VERY statist.

How many in Dover?  I hear that town mentioned quite a bit, but haven't seen the town, yet.
