Mark GearrealdFUBB-       Town Attorney      should be fired for cause for altering meaning of 2004 citizen petitions.

-Needs to be voted out of Office in March 05.
                                    WAS VOTED OUT 3/8/05 >:D

                          Retired permanently from the ZBA.

James WorkmanFUBB     Selectmen and  former chair of Hampton Beach Commission ---- Smart enough to derail the train before he goes over the cliff with it. Re-elected this year by 131 vote margin. How do you feel about concensus now? 3 months remaining on HBAC appointment.

Fred RiceFUBB     Beach Commission (talking bobble/ babbling head 10/27/05)  - Dangerous Do-gooder         Pray that he never holds public office in Hampton again.
Was defeated handily in March 2004 when running as Town Moderator.
Even the cable guys distorted him during his candidacy speech. 10 mo. 3 months remaining.

Brian Warburton      Former Selectman who lost re-election March 2004.,     Fills in for lazy boss on commission. HBAC member.

Mike O'Neil             State Rep. Precinct Commissioner & Beach Commission Member

Skip Windemiller           Beach Commission member. [/s]
                                 appointment

Cliff Pratt                   Selectman  should resign and putter around his barn.DEFEATED IN 2006

John Hangen            Hampton DPW Head.   Mentioned
beach "shackowners" during deliberative session Sat.  Also mentioned    "that 24(  50X 100) properties cover the $12,000,000 infrastructure
improvement"   Smells like a taking---  If it quacks in NH its a duck (Tax and Spend slogan dating back to Gov. Mel Thompson (RIP)) Even
mentioned "they'd be delayed a year if they didn't get the Ocean Blvd  for Ashworth Ave exchange" (to be approved or disapproved by voters)
----there is only one agenda that of Eminent Domain takings of private property.

Kurt Sanborn            Eminent Domain "tire kicking" butthead developer.  Should be given a one-way ticket out of NH.BOOTED ###PLACEHOLDER FOR NEXT SCUMBAG TO SUGGEST EMINENT DOMAIN

NOW HAVE ROOM TO ADD:

Ginny Bridle-Russell   Current Selectchairperson.  Senior member no cover left .  Part of Kurt Sandborn closed door Eminent Domain strategy session.

Ben Moore   starting second year as Selectmen.  No cover left.

Bill Lally        new selectmen.      Too new to tell.

Warren Bambury- Hampton Resident, appointed to HBAC by Rockingham Planning Commission.

Would like nothing better for these folks to renounce eminent domain takings of private property for
private development.   More names to come.  Let's hold this dirty baker's dozen accountable.

Maybe some of these "doughboys" will come clean and denounce their involvement.  My guess is that they are having a heady time "rolling in the dough".  Their vision of rising dough is an increased
taxbase.   They don't care how many senior citizens who have retired on the beach in their properties-----they just don't give a damn----how many they will be putting in their graves.

As one opression freedom fighter stated at Deliberative Session, "the road to hell is paved with good
intentions....so vote this bad article down...."

Let's post the names of all Corporate Ceos, Boards of Directors and all corrupt politicians who participate in Eminent Domain Abuse across the land.? Let their actions stand the light of truth and liberty.

Houston Congressman, Jon Culberson, should be fairly high on the list.? He has just plundered the land and businesses of some remarkably well-heeled of his constituents to widen a freeway.? (some of the land having been in families for 100 years)? He clearly thought they were going to roll over, because an alternate plan to widen the freeway, that was projected to cost 10% more, but not condemn all the land, is now no more expensive than the condemnation plan, because so many of the property owners are suing the state.? But as is SOP with government, it is "too late" to go back and do something less bad.

I'll see if I can't get some support from old friends in his area for the expenses of a national offender database.
