Guys I hate to start a new thread over this, but it is a crucial development in my case I don't want anybody to miss it.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/05/kingcast-presents-prosecutor-albrecht.html

I conducted a Deposition of Jaffrey Chief Dunn in a civil case back in November, 2005 but found myself unable to afford it as the criminal case against me dragged on, couldn't keep a job, and just all out of sorts. Also had to buy a car on one of the two attempts they made to revoke my bail when I shattered the transmission because of nerves and missed a shift, something I've never done and I've owned 18 cars now, all manual transmissions.

Anyway they convinced the Court that the transcript should be used in the criminal case because I allegedly incriminated myself during it. The Court, cognizant of my Fifth Amendment Rights, ordered the State rather than me to produce it, and to provide a copy to my counsel, who includes former Hillsborough County lead prosecutor David A. Horan. But now the State got a look at it, and just flat out defied the Court ORDER because the Depo is definitely not good for them, as I have said on prior occasion throughout my blawg. I have never lied in this case but Gosh-Knows they have, repeatedly.

So the link above contains the nitty-gritty, and a copy of the Prosecutor's specious motion. BTW he also got tomorrow's final pretrial moved to a date uncertain, to keep my cameras away from him and his evil ways.

Live, freeze and die, nigguh'.

Peace.

You can start a new thread... but I am still confused over how all this started. ???

Dig this quote from Chief Dunn:

"Toney, in fact, had never complained about mistreatment until King contacted the town, Dunn said. King told Toney that he wanted 15 percent of the $65,000, Dunn said."

But that's bullshit. Read paragraph 5 closely.

Ok now I can follow this case.

Your decoder ring must be on a different frequency than mine.

The new frequency ones are included with cracker jacks.  ;D

Now here's another interesting tidbit about one of my Detractors, a former employer who was sued by me and several other employees and found in violation of U.S. Wage laws after I sent a memo to the Department of Labor.

See, American Tower told Chief Dunn a bunch of lies about me while my attorney and I were negotiating a settlement, which obviously weakened my bargaining power because he got an indictment in part because of the lies that ATC told him.

Now they are under investigation, just got a securities subpoena from the Department O' Justice. Couldn't happen to a bunch of nicer guys. NOT.

Just clearing my name:
