I think i would be a good idea that all law should be revied at let's say 15 to 20 year's moratory ???

Agreed.? It looks from this http://www.clearhq.org/sunset.htm  like New Hampshire's Sunset Review law was repealed.  This could be a really good one to propose to friendly legislators. 

It also, looks like the Sunset Review was only for boards and commissions.  I see from a search that a board overseeing chiropracters was Sunseted in 1988.  It would be great if there were a Sunset process for statutes as well, so that without affirmative action to keep them, statutes would just expire after 5 or 10 years.
