I'm curious to see if there are people out there who either want to learn how to can food or who know how and want to share their experience.  I think we should have a "canning event" where everyone brought food, jars, and whatever their level of experience and canned together.   My kitchen would only fit about 3 people, but I think I could arrange for this at the large kitchen of a Concord church sometime in the latter half of August.

If you are interested, let me know.

Darn, Marcy. Gloria is going to be laid up recovering from knee surgery. She would have loved that. Enjoy, all.
