Frank, property rights are immaterial because Russell doesn't acknowledge the legitimacy of the Federal Government.  If the UN came in and started claiming that they own lots of property here and wanted to act like they were the big boss, people here would defy them.  For some reason, the people think of the US as "our country".

Russell's entire point is that the federal government DOESN'T represent the people here.  Its illegitimate government.  Even if your theories were true, they would only apply to LEGITIMATE government, which is exactly what Russell is questioning.

Caleb

an overwhelming majority of people would be with him if the UN tried to do that...
an overwhelming majority of people will be against him as is...

it may or may not attract other emotive, moral, philosophical, christian anarchists to NH which is the real purpose but they will have trouble convincing other rational people who will have a lot to loose in following this path without a more clearly articulated, logically consistent, wholistic vision of a just society based on the principle of equal liberty.

btw - Tolstoy was a geo-libertarian...

Though I disagree with the State's position, I must say that you stated their position exceptionally well.

Thank you - since everyone is being so honest and open today (must be Russell's influence) I am coming clean tonight.

I am a government agent.

I am a government agent.

Either this is true and you've been highly secretive (dishonest, IMO) about it or you're being dishonest about this right now.

In any case, I don't believe you.

would you like if everyone demonstrated whatever they wanted inside of the courthouses?

Absolutely, yes!
Then, nothign would be achieved. But your an anarcho-capitalist, so I'm not surprised. Whereas I learn away from sheer chaos, because in chaos, only the strongest will rule.

And now I see why, I refuse to join the libertarian party, or move to New Hampshire after I graduate college (when I get into it, of course).

The paranoia vibe here is pretty pronounced. And tis be funny, becuase I"m sure in some time, someone is going to say that by simpyl calling for basic order ina government office, that I am some sort of lover of the feds. More funny considering, people call me an anarchist on the other boards.

While I would not of done things the way that Russell did them, this is the exact kind of thing that makes me want to move to NH.

I can work for freedom my way, you can work for freedom your way, Russell can work for freedom his way, and which ever way works, we all win.

Than why are you on this forum? It is about New Hampshire after all  ;) The place you refuse to move to... If you think you may change your mind about moving here and helping us out than by all means stay but I think if you're pretty set on never moving here aren't you wasting your time posting here then?

Guys... would be helpful I think to refocus some of that "debating energy" on constructive action.  And keep us up to date on what you've *done* to help Russell.

Here's my activity report from yesterday:

Called Strafford jail, talked to an unflappable and polite officer who appeared fairly ignorant of Russell but pulled him up on his computer screen when I asked about him.  I probably sounded pretty disjoined, I didn't really know what to say.  He suggested for more info I call back between 7 a and 3p and talk to a captain mcphearson.  I thanked him for speaking with me.

One thing to bear in mind when calling a jail about an inmate...there are probably hundreds of other people calling about their family members and claiming they are innocent, so maybe it's important to say something that sets us apart from the crowd.

Also called rev. Revere over at the Embassy of Heaven in Oregon...  Revere is the inspiration behind some of what Lauren did at New London and what russell is doing now.  he suggested we get copies of the following information to russell:

courts.embassyofheaven.com

He says "courts owned by plaintiff" is the most important part.

Remember, despite his interest in procedure, Rev. Revere is not Henry McKelroy or Ed Brown with some complicated legal argument, his ideas are usually pretty simple.

He seemed concerned about the possibility that russell may have given them permission to try him.   Not sure how that all went down.  Actually he talked my ear off LOL.  He said he'd love to see someone try his "no fair trial" approach as it is the most powerful thing he's seen used against a court.  He must not have been arrested much since trying it.  I invited him to these forums and to move here.

ACLU and NH Human Rights Commission.  Russell did not waive rights to a speedy trial.  Russell was not a flight risk.  Can someone prove that detaining him three hours away from his county of residence for trumped up misdemeanors is not intentionally fucking with his family and their livelihood?  Some federal prosecutor somewhere is devising a scheme to have anyone actively participating on this forum found guilty of at least three felony offenses so that they can be locked away forever. When did the Red States become Red Chinese?  Where is Lynch?  Someone needs to have Congressionally inquiries commenced on the complete waste of government time spent on such minor infraction.  The emporer has no clothes.

He had a speedy trial.  It was on Monday.  He didn't interact with the court, just basically told them to do whatever it was that they were going to do.  He wasn't a flight risk, but he made it clear that he wouldn't voluntarily come back for the sentencing hearing, so they decided to keep him locked up until then.

Kat Kanning

I called and tried to find out if he was eating or not.  They wouldn't tell me anything, and wouldn't let me talk to anyone who might know.   :(

Here is a rough list of action items for helping russell, plus the info you need to carry them out.   I ran it past kat before posting it.  I'd like suggestions for improving and/ or adding to it.

Once we get it a bit more refined can someone please set it up as its own independent page and link to it from the front page of NHfree.com?

) Write or visit Russell:
