From the "Statehouse Dome" column in the Union Leader:

Strange bedfellows: The Libertarians will host their annual convention Oct. 28 at the Red Blazer Restaurant in Concord. The two major topics on the agenda are eminent domain and Real ID.

Former state Supreme Court Justice and U.S. Rep. Chuck Douglas is the featured speaker on eminent domain.

Rep. Neal Kurk, R-Weare, will address Real ID. He led the charge to kill the state's involvement in the federal program to establish guidelines for a universal driver's license in all states.

Another speaker on the topic is Sen. Peter Burling, D-Cornish, who was the state Senate's leading opponent to the program. Ironically, Burling is being challenged for his seat by Rosalie T. Babiarz of Grafton, the wife of 2002 Libertarian gubernatorial candidate John Babiarz.

Is Burling a really bad guy?

Why don't LPers run in races where both parties are truly evil.

I mean, would the Republican candidate if he wins instead also be opposed to real ID?
