Cheshire Prosecutor Albrecht turns up missing.

As the post below asks, what now?

First Chief Dunn disappears after he is publicly humiliated on line by news reports and bloggers like me and badcopnews.com, now Prosecutor Albrecht bites the dust with but three (3) months.... and one very ugly case before expiration of his term:

You can call it a victory of attrition, but I'll take it any way I get it because I don't take too kindly to being called a criminal, dammit. I know Russell can empathize with that.

Attrition or not, as we used to say on the tennis courts in high school, if your opponent retired with cramps or whatever, all that matters is this:

'W' or 'L' motherf*cker....

Excerpt:

"I have never seen so many AG's in one dangerous place at one time: I'm a former AAG (but just a nigger in NH); Heed is a former AG; and Judge Arnold is a former AG. They've been trying to pull rank on me for quite some time now, but as my attorney -- former Hillsborough lead prosecutor David A. Horan points out -- it's well past time for this case to be dismissed."

Oh my.

Can't believe that I, a cunning linguist of the highest order, would have missed that one all this time.

Thanks!

I once knew this lesbian chick who called herself a cunning linguist.

See, I should know by now that every time I bring up Chief Dunn or Prosecutor Albrecht that the discussion always turns, ummm.... South....

I find that when you call yourself "just a nigger in NH" it hurts your cause and makes you look like you carry a chip on your shoulder. Do you believe the only reason you are being unjustly charged is becuase you are black? I think they would have charge you regardless of your race.

What makes you feel like you need to say that your "just a nigger in NH?"

I am so glad you brought that up!

Anybody who knows me knows that I am an extremely open person, raised in a multicultural environment, implored my sister to mary a white man (she did, and he's my webhost).

And yes, most of my friends are indeed, white:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2005/11/40-up-where-are-they-now.html

So there is definitely no chip here, I only say it because just as with sexism on your end, you know it when you feel it -- what I have is perhaps a mixed-motive case, but to deny a racial component to how hard they are trying to stick me would be to deny the sensibilities that I have developed over the past 41 years of my life.

Here is a very interesting post I authored recently in response to the website "Should we abolish the N-Word?"

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/08/kingcast-site-of-day-abolish-n-word.html

Pay specific attention to this audio post:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/02/did-lawyers-for-naacp-lie.html

And this excerpt:

"Why would you use the N-Word today?" asks this lavishly-produced site: Billie Holiday, who appears in my blawg, sings "Strange Fruit."

My final answer: "Because they still treat us like niggers, so I just call it as I see it, Regis." Mos Def no offense implied or intended to the site, however.

That's the reason I go off on people who in my estimation are crackers, like Charlie Bauer, Esq., and Maria Proulx, Esq. (check my use of the Nigga'-bomb in this audioblawg post), and yes, NH Superior Court Chief Justice Robert Lynn, for all the reasons noted in the post attached to his name. Watch his face toward me at 3:10 into this video. To me, that cracker might as well be part of a lynch mob.....

Actually I forgot about this lil' ditty when one of Columbus OH's Golden Boys and Bar Association Pet told my client he would "have her black ass arrested" -- without just cause on the merits, mind you -- but that was just fine with the powers-that-be:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/06/kingcast-presents-ill-have-your-black.html

Or the time when a white manager hit on my client after he had already been suspended for inappropriate comments and actions toward subordinates and several witnesses verified to me that he said "all he needs from a black girl is to handcuff her and fuck her in the ass" -- and he avoided punishment, in fact that prejudiced bastard Judge Graham actually punished me for my filing.

And BTW my white clients, Al & Jesse Hamm, think Judge Graham is an asshole, too -- read "Hamm v. City of Gahanna."

That's the way it really works out here.

Everyone wants to be black these days... until the cops show up.  :o

Seriously, though. I believe profiling is well-established in New Hampshire given its ethnic composition.

"Peter Heed"... what unfortunate name.  ;D

I've never heard peter as slang before, and did not know its meaning. It's oooold slang.

Christopher King

Man, that was an hootlarious comment. Coppertone this, coppertone that, rap this, rap that..... brilliant comment.

Also, yes peter is old-skewl.

BTW those incidents to my clients all happened in Ohio. The stuff I'm going through now personally with Chief Dunn is another matter.... but perhaps a horse of the same, ummmm colour! Ba-dum-bum.

Peace.
