Squandered. Through Federal Gov Burocratic incompetence.

Yup. Hundreads of Millions of dollars in Volentary aid from foreign individuals and companies, and some small government's here and their (OK. That's not so volentary.) Their mistake? It was given to federal government agencies and extensions thereof.

Pretty much all of it vaperized or sitting doing nothing.
