Recent studies in mice would indicate that it may be physically addictive
This is like discovering that neutrinos have mass. The fact that it's finally been detected, sorta-maybe, is an indication of how little there was to detect!

Have you ever seen a pot head jonesing? It's not pretty.
Yes. Many times.
And it's nothing compared to the terrible things that happen when a true caffeine addict is in withdrawl. The headaches that bring on "irritability" (read: violent outbursts).
And THAT is nothing compared to what happens to seriously addicted nicotine addicts. Lying, sneaking, violence, abusiveness. Terrible.

Neutrinos having mass is really the only thing that explains the oscilations.
From electron, to muon, to tao.

But this is MJ, which nearly everybody knows is not harmful, and not addictive.
Then nearly everyone is wrong.
Most MJ is smoked....and that is harmful.

You're being silly.  Not one case of lung cancer has ever been attributed to MJ smoking.  Besides, if it were legal, more people would vaporize or orally consume, as costs would drop!

I'm not sure how you could vaporize it and then eat it, but, not vaporizing it and cooking it in a brownie works.

FTL_Ian

Oops... fixed.  Yeah, you definitely don't want to eat the remnants after vaporization!

Who said cancer?
There have been times when I smoke so often/much that I would cough up black stuff. That can't be good.

researchers at Harvard found that the heart attack rate is five times higher for someone in the first hour after smoking a joint than it is at other times

Even when I had as much as I wanted of the best stuff, and got it for free, I still smoked it.

It's pretty funny how the anti-pot activists lie about how harmful pot is, and the pro-pot activists do the opposite.

That is why I hate activists. They can't tell/see the truth.

I'm pretty sure burning any vegetation and sucking it into your lungs is not good for you.  When I had pounds and pounds of it, I still smoked joints.  The brownies were for day long events, like concerts, although we still smoked if we could.
I'm sure that even if it were legal and cheap, many would still pass around joints.  I kept running into pipes at P'fest.  Economical, but, not convenient.

Hey now, nothing I said was a lie.  Of course many people would continue smoking.  However alternative consumption methods WOULD gain in popularity.

When was this?  Were you a distributor?

I didn't say you. But activists amost always overstate the case....to the point of lying. Each side has it's own propaganda. The sad part is that they usually believe it.
