I will be visiting this lot today:

This one has looked better than almost all other places because of the combination of highway frontage, flat cleared area, woods, commercial area, fairly quiet, some buildings.

We do not have to compete with mcmansion developers because of the commercial buildings across the street to the north. It looks decent to me because you can make all of our buildings have views to the south for sun and nice views of the woodcovered hills.

The price is decent. It has been on the market and empty since October. Winchester is still considered undesirable to many people and others might have no use for the buildings.

I will be checking out the building today and the barn.

The office needs a kitchen and a couple of showers to make it a home.

The barn is pretty nice.

We will see if they want to hold the note.
