As promised 15 months ago, Mayor Frank Guinta is changing how we do business in Manchester.

Mayor Guinta ran on creating efficiences in City Hall and working hard to cut taxes in Manchester.

He kept his promises.

The Mayor's second proposed tax cut cleared an important hurdle.

However, the battle is far from over.

On Monday, April 16th at 5:00pm at Manchester's City Hall
, just one day after tax day is "celebrated" nationwide, you have a chance to let your voice be heard for tax relief.

There are those who don't want to control spending and cut taxes in this city.

They will be there. Will you?
