I know it's "illegal", but how many people can they put in jail?

It's easy to arrest and jail one person, but when they put the tenth in the pokey, people will start to question the law.

if its reported on, im sure quite a few people get arested or fined for really stupid things that no one hears about. eateher because they are too embarised or just no one cares... it wasnt a slow news day.  I am all for civil disobedience and challenging bad laws by living your life free of them.  When thinking about these things there does come another eliment of how people hear about it to become enraged and question the law.
