I can't make it today either.  I hope I get a chance to visit this church someday.  I like the sound of it.

We had somewhere between 35-40 people show up eventually and good interactions with sidewalk passer bys and honks from the mainstreet traffic we were sign waving to.   I think there will be some footage of um "Holiday Carols" available later.

Some of the Christmassy songs may sound familiar,  but the words have been  changed to protect the innocent.  Hint, my personal favorite "Here Comes Santa Claus" was morphed into "Hands off Weeda Claus" kudos to Richard Onley for the words and to everybody that  showed up.
Your support is appreciated.

There's also been alot of talk of a MASSIVE demonstration at the same site on 4/20/11.   Probably start another thread for that one though.

Thanks to Biker Bill for posting video and to the wonderful supporting choir and event attendees.   It was rather quiet and had a different "feel" than past events at the State liquor store.  Not a bad feeling, but for me maybe a final realization that "they" don't care about a bunch of people dressed  up or singing as they have more important business to attend to in planning how we will run our lives.    Running other people's lives must take alot of concentration.

I suppose if a person can't get his grievances redressed, he should secede...it's right in "their" constitution so it must be okay.  So I'm working on that secession thing, I wouldn't want to break their rules when I do it so  maybe I will need to wear an Ambassadors sash and top hat when delivering the documents to them, otherwise it won't be "official" and might not count.     :P
