Hello.
I'm looking for donations of cool stuff to auction off at Porc Fest this June.  All the proceeds go
to the FSP.  The auction will be a silent auction to run on Friday and Saturday June 14th and 15th.
I'm looking for Liberty themed stuff and non Liberty themed stuff.  Basically anything cool that would raise a bunch of money for the FSP.  The sooner you can get me the stuff the better.
We would like to photograph everything before Porc Fest starts.
Please PM me so we can make arrangements for me to get the stuff.   You can give it to me or ship it to me.

I'm also looking for help to run the auction at Porc Fest.  I need people to sit at the table on Friday and Saturday to answer questions and get people to bid on stuff.

I want to thank Shyfrog for his donation.
He gave me a set of Gadston flag license plate frames.

I also want to thank Dreepa.
Dreepa is giving me a set of t-shirts from Dreepa farms.

I'm donating a indoor cooking herb garden in a beautiful blue planter.

The FSP has a bunch of stuff signed by Ron Paul.

I would love a ton of donations.  I want the auction to be better than any of the other vendors in terms of great stuff.

I'm looking for Liberty minded stuff, made in New Hampshire stuff, gift certificates, samples from local businesses, and anything you can create.

How does a silent auction work? :)

I think the only thing I have are left over Ron Paul bumper stickers so that wouldn't be any good, right?

Generally, the main difference is that you vote on a sheet of paper over a period of time vs. a live auction where all the bidding happens at once. There is usually a bid increment and that varies depending on the value of the item. For instance, an item valued at $100 might have a minimum opening bid of $10 with a $5 bid increment. I might want to bid $10 so I write my name and my bid on the sheet. Then if you want to outbid me, you can bid $15 or higher and you write your name and your bid on the next line. And so one. At the end of the auction, whoever has the highest bid wins the item.

Sometimes a group of smaller items will be put together as one auction item.

Make sense?

They would have to pay to ship me there.

It doesn't have to be political at all just something cool other people would want.
