Well, do you think there is any value to that from employers perspective?

Would anyone make decisions based on if that little boolean is set or not?

I can just remove it and simplify things...

I think if anyone is positively disposed to the fsp ..... they would/could find that out case by case

Sorry, nothing new to update yet. I've fallen horribly ill to a desease called procrastination. I will try to get better soon and finally get some work done. Any advice on treating this desease would be greatly appreciated.
