Yeah.  He seems to meet every definition of asshole. He couldn't come up with anything in regards to the history of Porcs helping Porcs, so, I'm all of a sudden violent.
I think I remember him now. About 5' 2'. Looks kinda like Van Gogh with two ears.
I'm including an image of Rocco I, whose life Mackler, also, failed to save.
Hate him for that, too.

During one of the first of many week ends when 10-20 Porcs and natives worked on the addition at PorcManor Westmoreland, this guy shows up with a dump truck load of sand.
I figured Jim & Lauren ordered it as there were pallets of concrete blocks and bags of concrete all over the place.
After he let Rocco out of the truck and stayed around,I realized this guy Joe something came all the way from Canterbury! to donate tons of sand and his labor to the effort.
Of course, later on that day he tried to kill us..........but, hey, it was tonsof sand!

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but Rocco is fine.  Joe says he's been taken in by a family with a farm and some kids.   8)

Firecracker Joe has been moved to Dover.  His only charges now are federal 'felon in possession of firearms'.  Now he's looking at 3-5 years instead of 10-30.  IF you want to write, here's the new address:
