They are so generous!  Only "assessing" you 25% of the maximum.

I'm interested to know how or if you will respond.

I suggest an "Adventures in Legal Land" approach.  Ask questions like,

"When, where, why, and how did you obtain authority over me?"
"Are all airport customers expected to know and understand the Transportation Security Regulations?"
"Do all TSA staff know and understand TSA regulations?"

Certainly there are more questions to be asked, but if you are going to respond at all, I suggest you respond with questions, not claims and statements for them to deny.

notice the note at the bottom not to disclose this document >:D

....so when the lady kept saying "I recommend that you divest yourself of your possessions" .... that was an order

There is also a 4 page form to respond with .... I might check the funniest box and send it in ..... oh I have to pay postage ..... forget it

yeah I was going to mention that.

Where does TSA get the right to fine you?  Don't courts do that?
If I get time I will look up the laws that are talking about.

LOL  I didn't notice it.  You are awesome.

Maybe if I "disclose" it on the air they'll assess me too!

So, per item 4... they asked you to strip before you went through the metal detector? Or don't they know what "divest" means?

Russell Kanning

yea remember when you only gave them things that might contain metal ..... now they wanted everything ahead of time .... and what is with divest?
