Yep, that's the version I heard too (not from Seth, from a third party).

I think this all has to do with the sethcohn.com domain. The same day Seth found out about it, he sent this email to domain by proxy:

This was assigned the case number 1984. Seth continued this campaign for months, telling domain by proxy that he may want to file some type of litigation. I know he was still doing this as late as Jan. 17th, 2006.

I don't know what Seth is talking about. This thread is the first time I heard about this story.

I called the Concord PD, and they said they have no police report with my name in it. They said they could only tell me about reports that mention me, but the only ID check they did was to ask for name and birthdate.
