Not less.

I don't know about the rest of you, but, Troll's elaboration almost convinced me.

Some people have a way with words.

Wow, someone with a user name of "Troll" stirring up trouble.

Shocking.

Troll, wants more government....what a surprise. Maybe we should start with a big government solution to replace the NH Teachers Union.

aries

You're right. They should be buying me mansions and large tracts of land. And free back massages.

For that, I'd sacrifice my freedom to... uh... nevermind. I'd still fight for my freedom, with my bare hands if I had to.

There aught to be a law against people like Troll... ;D

There OUGHT to be a law against misunderstanding deliberately ironic statements.
see here for help in figuring out why the original statement was funny the reply was even funnier and my response was a bit sad and misguided.

there ought to be no laws ;)
There should be laws. Laws like the bill of rights. Also, a few laws to establish a government supported military and self-limiting bills as well, I can live with.

I still can't decide if I'm a total anarchist or not. I can argue anarchist theory completely with anyone who shows even the slighest tinge of support for government, but I can't quite imagine anarchy ever working for long.

Tunga

For the record, Tunga still remembers his Grampy telling him how back during the turn of the second to last century they called the years 19 aught 1, aught 2 and so on. Tunga wished and tried to bring that back to life. The stubborn massive media fought those efforts off. So now it's 20 oh 6. Yawn. Wake me up when it's 21 aught aught. ;)

Not without a significant shift in our morality, no, it won't.

I suppose that's why Thoreau said that when we are ready for it, there will be no government.

So, Caleb, do you think it is moral to tell others how to live their lives?
