Denis raves about my salsa so much, he asked me to sell it.   I'll make up some and bring it to the Merrimack and/or Concord meetings.  If you'd like some, give me a rough idea of how much you'd like (for example pint, quart or gallon) and you can let me know if you want it extra hot or mild or some such.  I'll have to get back you on a price before the meeting.  I haven't really added up the cost to make it yet.  I was thinking of calling it "white chick salsa" from the Southwest (of NH).  It seems to keep fine in the frige for a month, but it tastes best fresh.

Your salsa is outstanding! Thanks for bringing a bunch of it to our hospitality room this weekend--it was a big hit  :D

Let me know how much a pint of "just one step below hot" salsa would be!

This just in....

Entire Alt/Expo group dead due to Salsa poisoning!

Russell Kanning

nah ... we seem to be alive and peppy

how hot is hot enough for you Cathleen? "need a bag of chips and gallon of milk to cool the fire" hot ... or just "bag of chips" hot?

Kat likes mild
I like medium and will eat mild
We could make yours .... just a little too hot for me.

Yes ma'am.  Do you mean extra hot as it you want it to make you cry and burn your skin off?  Or something more reasonable?

Lloyd Danforth

Cathlene....go for it!   We know what a tough cookie you are ;D

Kat Kanning

OK, habaneros for Cathleen.  :fire: :fire: :fire: :fire:

Tom Sawyer

Wow... habaneros!!!

We grew those once, half a pepper would spice up a whole pot of soup.

My brother in law, on a dare, bit into a fresh one and soon was thinking of going to the emergency room. ;D

Kat Kanning

I usually wear gloves to handle them.  We make an organic bug repellent from habaneros and garlic for the garden :)
