I've got a great response to this thread that I will write up when I have a chance.

When I read this I thought, gee I wonder what the response is going to be.  About 5 minutes later I got "it" and laughed! :)  I can be so slow sometimes. ::)

So go through your list one at a time.

Quote1. I haven't nearly finished writing my Freestater's "made the move" paper yet and it's been almost a year.

Have you finished this yet?  Have you started?

Log off of NHFREE right now and work on the paper!

Just trying to help motivate ya!!!

Speaking of being slow, I was admiring the ducks at the Browns yesterday.  After passing by a couple of times, I realized that they weren't real

Rainey,   were you at Porcfest?  I was hoping to meet you.  Or did I meet you using a different name?

Hi Lloyd,

No  I didn't make it to Porcfest after looking forward to going all year long, I wanted to meet you too. :(  I was going to go to the candle light vigil but Rick had to go to Mass. really early the next day so he couldn't take me there (I'm night blind so I needed him to drive me).  So then I was planning on coming Saturday during the day so I could drive and wouldn't have to depend on a ride but we had a major issue happen with our 17 year old daughter that took over every single thing in our house, it still is.  I can't even talk about it like I usually talk about some things regarding my kids on the forum. ::)

I am so bummed out that I didn't make it, I'm really depressed about it. The other days the kids were finishing school, it ended June 22nd because it opened late in September and plus they tacked on an extra week because of that snow storm so they had to go for an extra week.  I'm glad I'm going to be homeschooling them next year!  I even planned my trip to Maryland to see my oldest daughter and grandsons around Porcfest but I guess that was for nothing now.

Well I guess this is in the right thread, (whining).   It seems every time I want to go to meet everybody it gets messed up. Porcfest sounded like so much fun too, I was really looking forward to it. :'(

I'm sitting here reading the forum and not packing to move to NH.  The move is soon and I just want someone else to do the work. (Balde Eagle is packing while I'm sitting here listing to FTL.)

Haven't they labelled that Attention Deficit Disorder and a slew of other names to promote medicating two or three generations for life on Ritalin and other designer synthetic cocaine money makers for the pharmaceutical conglomerates?

As a person who was not diagnosed with ADD until he was 25, I can tell you that the disorder is real, and debilitating.  Taking Ritalin has changed my life, and it would be cheap at twice the price (which is about $60/month).  I accumulated as many community college credits in the semester after I started taking Ritalin as I had in the preceding several years of (off and on) attendance.
