One can decide if he wants to be the poker.
One does not have the choice whether or not he is going to be the pokee.
One can chose not to respond to the poking, but he is still the pokee.
There is only resistance or submission to a poker.

You have been poked by the State.  By telling them that they were wrong in poking you, you have chosen to poke them back.

They will poke you again.

The glory will be in the resistance not in the submission.   :ahoy:

kola

I've been poked.

I thought only women got poked.

*YOU* volunteered in OHIO to be regulated>> N. David Krouse-Your friendly, Nonviolent resister

--

Mr. Krouse:  to get a PLATE in OHIO, you had to surrender "control" of the vehicle to OHIO authorities(or a prior owner or relative did that).  They now control your car and allow you to "hold it" and "use it" *IF* and only *IF* you follow all the rules(any insurance inspections tail-light repair...).

1) IF YOU don't like the laws that come with the PLATE -- SEND IT BACK(with a note explaining that you now understand things differently.)
2) You also have a RESIDENCY issue.  You either become NH RESIDENT and agree to behave as a resident of NH, *or* you "intend" to return to OHIO and you "keep" your ohio residency.  THE STATES have COMPACTS to "enforce" agreements that have been made in other states.  NOTE:: if you CHANGE to NH residency (relocate, take a permanent job, register to vote...) THEN you will have to GET A NH driver's license *IF* you  want to use CARS with STATE LICENSE PLATES on them.

POLICE will be NICE initially, but when you "stubbornly" resist, NICE will turn into FINES, TOWING and HANDCUFFS.

**THIS ISSUE IS BEING FOUGHT AND TESTED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY**
(you can visit www.embassyofheaven.com for some info about a RELIGIOUS way to fight this)

As I see it, a "contract" entered into fraudulently (i.e. where one party deliberately dupes the other) is not a contract at all, and thus objectively and morally there is no need to rescind.  Of course, the con artist/thugs that deliberately misinform the masses that "driving is a privilege, not a right" in order to dupe them into signing papers they would never sign otherwise, would not agree.

"Just say 'no'" civil disobedience is simply exercising one's inalienable right to self-determination as a sovereign individual.  Choosing to exercise that inalienable right, even in the face of handcuffs and jail, (along with sufficient publicity) shines a spotlight on the very issue that the official con artists desperately want to keep the masses in the dark about.

John Edward Mercier

You have an inalienable right to self determination... its called Free Will.
You don't have the right to be on the property of another without following their rules... its called trespass.

I agree but who's property are you talking about? Who owns NH? I dispute the claims of ownership of those who claim authority over everyone in NH or any other state.

I like to think of the police as stubbornly forcing their laws on us.
