  Yesterday i finally went for my probable cause hearing in district court  on 6 felony dryug charges , conspiracy to witness tamper and conspiracy to bring drugs into a county jail. It was me , my lawyer , the arresting officer ( trooper John curran JR) and the judge what i found out was they scraped up a total of 5/100 of a gram of narcotics  ie ( coczaine , heroin , oxycontin) the judge said there was no probable cause for the jail drug smuggle or the witness tampering  so now i just sit and wait to see if a grand jury indicts to superior court.

Grand Jurors should indict the real thugs.
Has the gov allowed you to talk to the Grand Jurors?
If they prevent you from talking to the Grand Jurors, they are obstucting justice.

Under NH law:

... "243:2 New Section; Right of Accused; Jury Instruction. Amend RSA 519 by inserting after section 23 the following new section:

519:23-a Right of Accused. In all criminal proceedings the court shall permit the defense to inform the jury of its right to judge the facts and the application of the law in relation to the facts in controversy.

243:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2013.

You, the accuesed, have a right to talk to those Grand Jurors.
If you and/or your lawyer want to consider some things to tell those Grand Jurors feel free to call me.

thankyou john. I did mention jury nullification because i want a trial. my public pretender told me if i asked anyone to hand out fija info at the courthouse i would be charged with some other felony , so i will not do that but i will bring upp these things if a grand jury decides to indict , now it is out of my  hands the cop thug who hates me so bad .and im hoping they will see ive already done 3 years on this case and the professional inmate/ rat/ confidential informant who set this all up is not a very credible witness and a career piece of shit. this could drag out for another year , but i have time.

   today is a good day, I got a letter from carroll county superior court stating that all the charges that had probable cause to be bound over to superior court have been dismissed, so 9 months of sleepless nights and $700 for a piece of shit public pretender  and it is finally over the dismissal says without predjudice what ever that means , I can honestly say I sure felt like their was some predjudice. but what ever a huge weight has just been lifted off my shoulders. HAPPY DAYS.

  today is a good day, I got a letter from carroll county superior court stating that all the charges that had probable cause to be bound over to superior court have been dismissed, so 9 months of sleepless nights and $700 for a piece of shit public pretender  and it is finally over the dismissal says without predjudice what ever that means , I can honestly say I sure felt like their was some predjudice. but what ever a huge weight has just been lifted off my shoulders. HAPPY DAYS.

Joe, without predjudice means that they can refile the charges if they want.

Yes, but if they were so weak they were dismissed with only a public defender, chances are very slim that they'd bring it up again.

I cant see them bringing them up for a third time since ive already done time on this case. the trooper in charge just wanted to make my life as miserable as possible for as long as possible but once it was put in the hands of the superior court he no longer has the upper hand in this case. my plan is to stay out of carroll county, and stay under the radar of thugs in uniforms.
