I just called Elaine, and she said the whole street was out for a while, but now back on again.

My plans are to visit there tomorrow afternoon before I head on over to the Lebanon City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. to see what they might "urge" the governor to do his Art. 41 duty to in turn urge that Federal officer to finally comply with RSA 123:1 -- that BTW I've yet to receive the map of the First Circuit Court from the Boston City Clerk in regards to their 1-1-7. Nor do I have any reply yet from the IRS of the details of the raid. Planning a visit to Portsmouth sometime next week.

P.S. Last Wednesday I gave the woman Marshal in her office the papers printed above dealing with the garage as a part of the "dwelling" unit, and for WHY the Marshall Monier ought to present a non-est-return to the court.

Just got a call from a man who said he'd been on the phone with Fred Smart who said several ATF vehicles were headed for the Brown's NOW.  I haven't confirmed this.

Susan Williams, who lives a mile or so away from the Browns on Center of Town Road, said she saw police officers, SWAT team members, a fire truck, ambulance, helicopter and at least one armored vehicle assembled in a field across from her driveway.

from the information I have been able to find on the Internet it sounds like the feds are kicking people out of their homes around that are around the Browns. I have seen from multiple sources that the Feds are not allowing reporters in either. Guess the Feds don't want pics like Waco to show up again.
