Criminal Tresspass?

But he didn't actually tresspass. He didn't get through!

???

I'm confused.

Russell Kanning

They did offer me $30 and I could go that day.....but I had to promise to not try to get on the plane again......I said "it is early....I can still make my flight" 8)
Maybe I should have taken that deal....that way I could go home and discuss with Kat what we wanted to do next....instead of being incommunicado with no knowledge of my charges.

What is next?Do we have another civ.dis. project. One that involves medical marijuana would get a lot of media attention and sympathy from older voters. Why do we not have the right to medicate ourselves? The STATE does NOT know what is best for us.After reading up on the FIJA website,I connect it to the fact that marijuana laws are unjust and cruel.I mean,do people know why marijuana was made illegal to begin with?Would they vote for it to be made illegal again,if given the chance? Most people that I know, would not.I am sure there are more than a few people out there that 'qualify 'for medical marijuana 'under the law'.Maybe we can find one who is willing to risk arrest.I cant see the cops arresting a terminally ill person for smoking a joint. But,then again....... ::)

Thanks also to MikeF for showing up outside the courtroom as we were led into the van and being there with Kat when I got out of the county jail.
I got to see the police state firsthand .....from the FBI stakeout of our home .......to TSA nervousness.....to the civil, yet punishing county.
I had no idea what they had charged me with and how long I was going to be in jail.....I had no chances to contact Kat and only left my 2 man cell once from 2pm Saturday until 8am Monday......that is a long time for someone who was not yet found guilty and even if I was found guilty.....I should serve no jail time. ???

Russell, you are always welcome to go on air with us at Taxpayer Radio and tell of your experiences, and we can post the interview for those who can't get it on streaming or radio.

Why not start another thread about it. We could support that lady from CA who isn't going to obey the ruling.

Someone from the Alex Jones show called and wants to have him on the show.  It'll be at 12:30 our time today.

He stayed after being told to leave:

635:2 Criminal Trespass. ?
    I. A person is guilty of criminal trespass if, knowing that he is not licensed or privileged to do so, he enters or remains in any place.

A properly paid for and issued ticket in his hand is a good proof of his obvious right to enter.  He had no intention of remaining either, but was passing thru on his way to Philly.  If he'd used that as a defense for not guilty, he might have won.  Gandi 'guilty plea' tactics are a mistake, IMHO.

I agree, but it's not my freedom and money at stake.
