I didn't think it I'd consider options outside NH, but I am.

NH is the worst option for liberty.

Except for every other option.

The closest (outside of Grafton) and the one which looked "easiest", looks like it may not be mutually beneficial - at this time...
Visiting another one (outside of NH) this week.  8)

I'm not feeling tons of liberty in relation to the false-god "Gov-Almighty" in Grafton, NH right now.
I AM feeling TONS of Liberty to continue following a calling from God.  ;D
The options I'm considering have only to do with that calling...

Quoting a line from an old song: "Maybe there's a reason I don't know where I go. I don't know."

You go John!

Maybe try proceeding with no fear of failure, encroaching expectations, or hope for success. That sometimes works well for me.

Being (mostly) still and listening...
What you say applies to the situation here in Grafton - as well as outward and onward.

so did the government never have a meeting with you?

Not yet. But I do want to attend one (just as I was going to the one they cancelled) to let them (for the record) know about all the rotten lies/untruths (big and small) in their stinking paperwork - and to let them know that I have no need to pursue perjury against them, but that I would much prefer to turn the other cheek...

Preparing to fast for deposition day.

"9:00pm" phone message = tomorrow's deposition against me canceled.
Ending fast = ice-cream with chocolate sauce.

This phone message was from the board's new lawyer. I left a return message for the lawyer at his office phone before day break...

Sunday, early in the afternoon, I was running late to go elsewhere. I was planning to probably meander back, in the early evening, doing photography along the way, and returning to here around dark.

With communication being as increasingly "poor" as it has been, it seems like some of this has to be intentional.
I started to think, and mentioned to a friend that I wonder if, I'll return to another unannounced board meeting taking place here.

I called the chairman, Tom, told him that I had plans, and told him that I was wondering if they had any surprises to drop on me, and that I was wondering if they were planning to be here without telling me - again, and asked if I would be retuning early evening to a surprise board meeting.
Sure enough, they were planning a meeting here and had not told me. Their meeting was to be (very early, for them) at 2p.m.
It was only then that Tom forwarded an email about the meeting to me. :(

I went on with my plans, but cut out my photography fun.
I returned in time to see Bob driving away. Tom, Jeremy, and James were still here.
I came in and told them I was glad to have made it back in time to talk to them...

Long story short here: They have a termination letter written up. I asked if it was a unanimous decision, and was told it was. Jay had not been here so it was 4 to 0.
James gave his reason for turning as something like that I (this John) had not been 100% cooperating with the new lawyer...

Seems strange - and quite sudden.  I asked if he has expressed that concern to me. He had not...

I'll need to take a picture of that letter and share it with you guys. It is quite interesting in many ways. :)

Theoretically, I can stop the board - made up of individuals - who can only act unanimously, from "firing" me (meaning I won't get to work here - at my own expense - anymore) by agreeing to cooperate with the new lawyer.

John

I've told board members many times that if I know they (or anyone else for that matter) are coming that I'll almost always plan to be here.
But, something has changed. It now seems much less likely that they will tell me - much of anything - in advance anymore.

BTW, I fully expect another surprise visit/meeting VERY VERY soon. :)
This time perhaps with the new lawyer, who (btw) did not return the phone message I left (before office hours) this a.m. asking him to call. :) Maybe part of the plan is to ... ah, never mind, too obvious. :P

So, if the guy who normally reads this forum ;) and occasionally sends a link to the rest of the board sees this and does that, then maybe I'll get an email, from someone, in time to try to plan for a visit which they were not planning to tell me about.
:) <3 Peace

BTW: I get a very strong sense that any and all of my communicating with my friends here is (and has ALWAYS been) QUITE underappreciated by many of the more secretive types.
Anywho, this little - "to maintain peace..." - bomb is what was dropped - by a vote of 4 individuals to 0 individuals - on me yesterday:

Hey remember how bad the government looks when they give you only a short time to move?  ;D

KBCraig

If they are so insistent on following and using the law, perhaps their new lawyer can advise them on the eviction process.

"Immediately" doesn't happen under the law unless you want to leave right now.

Russell Kanning

I was thinking the same thing.
Very strange letter
So what is the new sole pastor's job? Does he report directly to the lawyer or does the board meet weekly and pass the lawyers instructions to the pastor? ;)
Instead of secret meetings .... the board could put up a sign that shows the church meeting times and board meeting times each week. :)
As you can ask any church-going Christians .... the health of any church is best shown by the amount of board meetings and lawyers on retainer. ;)

John

Perhaps the strangest thing in this is that this is the path all of the individuals on the board chose at EXACTLY the same time at which I said I would go in to the system's deposition against me.

For a long time, I kept playing (in my head) with the idea of presenting a sword and some very old nails (both of which I have) to the leaders of the gang opposing Peaceful Assembly Church - to use as they choose.
This morning I'm thinking that I may have more things to offer more people; a knife, some arrows, a smaller sword, and a pen.

As of this time (7:20a.m.) there has been no email about it, but I'm thinking that after their meeting this a.m. (at the town office?)  I could get a visit.  ;D

Just about an hour ago, there was an over-abundance of a variety of very nice birds around the north-west corner of the property: some sitting on top of the western style gate, some flying about, some running around on the ground, all generally making themselves very visible by their Peaceful and playful busyness. ... I take birds as a reminder from God not to worry.  ;D

I was already at Peace. Those little birds added something to my Peace. They put an extra big smile on my face...
